cash flowSo I decided to put my money where my mouth is, so to speak.  I’m sure that there is some other analogy there, but I’ll have to find that later.  Right now I’m going to tell you how I’m taking my own advice in reducing my monthly expenses by nearly $700.

In fact, in some cases I am enjoying my household amenities even more.  I know that most of the time monthly expense reduction methods force you to cut out some luxuries even if it is just for a short time.  Not in this post.  I show you how I accomplished this feat in a second. Auto Loan PayoffI just wanted to post a quick note and brag a little about how I get rid of debt in my journey toward financial freedom and wealth building.  I have just recently paid in full one of my auto loans and I’ve got to tell you this vehicle drives a lot differently now that I own it.  As you can see in the image for this post, the account is closed with a zero balance. March 20th my final payment was posted and fulfilled my obligation to Chase Auto Finance.  A $1645.75 payment paid it off.  Now I am anxiously awaiting the lien release to put with my certificate of title. As you know, the nation’s average student loan debt carried by college graduates is $24,000.  Paying that borrowed money back after a degree is handed to you is painful but I don’t believe that anyone is saying, “I’m not going to pay my student loan.”

What is FTP?

FTP is an acronym for file transport protocol.  You will need a FTP application to move files from your desktop or laptop to the server that is hosting your web files.  These web files are what is presented on your site and can be code, images, documents, or many other types of files.

Passwords

If you are like me; then you probably have over a hundred passwords to remember for every website, bank account, twitter, pinterest, and facebook accounts.

One of the many things that can slow us down is having to wait for the “forgot iphone password” email then you change it and forgot what it was the next time you go to use it.
